Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Personal Banker with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and personal banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain client relationships to increase business growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in personal banking or related field.
Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and personal banking products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
