Performance Tester

Experience - 2 to 4 Years

Primary Responsibilities:-

Competencies:- Performance Testing

• Looking for a performance test engineer with 2-4 experience and exposure to the following,
• Experience in Performance testing tools like Neoload,LoadRunner,Jmeter
• Experience in End-to-end performance testing life cycle
• Ability to analyse, understand the Non-functional requirements and suggest the performance metrics
• Evaluate the objectives of the SLA’s
• Recording, Designing and enhancing the testing scripts
• Good in script enhancement techniques - Parameterization & Correlation
• Ability to Create Test plan
• Ability to create Scenario / work load modelling
• Hands on experience in working with different protocols ( HTTP Web, HTTP Mobile, etc). Oracle
• NCA protocol experience is nice to have.
• Hands on experience working with different types of Non-functional testing types( Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, Spike)
• Experience in identifying performance bottle-necks and providing suggestions/ solutions to resolve it
• Hands on experience in run-time monitoring of the system using different monitoring tools like “DynaTrace” or “Newrelic” or “AppDynamics”
• Good Experience in creating reports
