Performance Marketing Specialist

As the Paid Advertising Manager at Fitspire, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be in charge of managing ad budgets, setting bidding strategies, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum performance. It is essential to maintain a seamless integration with the Shopify website to enhance the overall user experience. Your role also involves analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to develop data-driven marketing plans aimed at driving conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition. By conducting thorough campaign optimization, you will monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary optimizations. Additionally, A/B testing will be conducted to enhance ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for better results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and sales is crucial to ensure the success of marketing campaigns. You will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, RTO, and conversion rates to provide regular reporting and valuable insights to stakeholders.
