Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns. The role demands strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and basic website knowledge to track, optimize, and grow online conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms
• Track and analyze KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Collaborate with design/content teams for effective ad creatives.
• Manage and scale paid ad budgets efficiently.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. to monitor funnel performance.
• Basic understanding of website structure, UTM tracking, and on-site analytics.
• Prepare reports and insights for team reviews and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital ads
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
• Basic website knowledge (WordPress, Shopify, or landing page builders)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Familiarity with campaign management tools and Excel/Sheets
• E-commerce or D2C brand experience is a plus

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
• Understanding of attribution models and customer LTV
• Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing
