The Opportunity

We are actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this crucial, on-site role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across various digital platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive quality leads, maximize ROI, and achieve specific CPA goals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and meticulously manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, refine audience targeting, and craft compelling ad copy to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously implement and optimize campaigns for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) goals.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to rigorously monitor campaign performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
• Lead efforts in lead generation and conversion optimization, ensuring that all generated leads are of high quality and effectively convert into valuable business.
• Strategically manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and achievement of performance targets.
• Regularly prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, offering clear insights and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay comprehensively updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and analytics.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of hands-on, proven performance marketing experience.
• Essential expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a must.
• Demonstrably strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Verifiable experience in successful lead generation and conversion optimization.
• A track record of consistently driving high-quality leads that effectively convert into business outcomes.
• Proven experience in effectively managing budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve specific ROI and CPA goals.
• Ability to not only meet but consistently surpass challenging target and performance goals.
• Excellent data interpretation skills and strong proficiency with various analytics tools.
