Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Expert located in Lucknow. The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, conducting market research, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing marketing performance, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Google and Meta Ad Campaigns
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to analyze marketing data and develop performance optimization strategies
• Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Lucknow
