Are you a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns? We're looking for a talented Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team and elevate our paid media strategy.

In this key role, you'll be instrumental in driving conversions, increasing ROAS, and optimizing every aspect of our Meta ad funnel — from targeting and bidding to creative and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Run, scale, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with a focus on performance.

Conduct in-depth audience targeting and creative testing to maximize impact.

Drive down CPA and significantly increase ROI/ROAS.

Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams for integrated strategies.

Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and best practices in digital performance marketing.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience.

Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of $200K+.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and A/B testing methodologies.
