Job Overview

All Us Women is a growing maternity wear brand seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-Commerce marketing and a strong understanding of paid ads, website optimization, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Run retargeting, lead generation, and lookalike audience campaigns
• Manage our Shopify website and improve conversion rates and customer experience
• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign support

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing
• Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo
• Experience in eCommerce, ideally with fashion or D2C brands
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into decisions
• Based in Kochi and available to work from office
