Performance Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to manage and optimize our paid digital campaigns. You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, analyzing, and improving paid marketing efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads ,LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels. Your ultimate goal is to drive measurable ROI, increase customer acquisition, and maximize revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Strategies : Create and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness. Campaign Management : Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.). Performance Analysis : Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.), identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve results. A/B Testing : Conduct experiments and A/B tests on creative, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversions and drive campaign efficiency. Budget Management : Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI. SEO and CRO Integration : Collaborate with SEO specialists and web developers to align performance marketing efforts with website optimization and conversion rate improvement. Creative Collaboration : Work closely with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Tools and Technologies : Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and ad platforms to track and report campaign performance. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the digital advertising industry.
