Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
Managing payroll data for new joiners, exits, transfers,attendance, leave and other employee status changes.
Maintaining and updating employee records related to payroll.

Compliance and Statutory Requirements:

Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
Managing investment declarations and proof submissions.
Preparing and submitting statutory returns and reports related to PF, ESIC, and other deductions.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate payroll records and preparing reports for management review and audits.
Handling employee queries and grievances related to payroll.
Reconciling payroll data with financial records and ensuring accuracy.

Other Responsibilities:

Managing employee benefits, including mediclaim and other insurance policies.
Coordinating with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters.
Participating in payroll audits and implementing recommendations for process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: 3-4 years

Education: Graduation ( Preferred)

Skill:Strong Knwoledge of payroll.

strong Knowledge in Excel( Advance Excel preferred)

Good Communication

Ability to work as a part of a cross functional team.

Immediate Joiners preferred
