We are hiring for the position of HR Generalist / HRBP for an electronics manufacturing company and a related concern of Hind Rectifiers Ltd. Position : Assistant Manager / Manager HR Location : Digha MIDC, Navi Mumbai Experience : 5 to 8 years in core HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing setup Job Overview : The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations while acting as a strategic partner to the business. The ideal candidate should bring a balanced approach to employee relations, compliance, talent development, and performance management. Key Responsibilities : Act as an HR Business Partner to department heads and provide strategic HR support Manage end-to-end recruitment , onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Handle payroll processing and ensure timely statutory compliance Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and ensure fair workplace practices Drive employee engagement, training & development, and retention initiatives Oversee implementation and adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance Support performance management and workforce planning efforts Desired Profile : Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience in a plant/manufacturing HR environment Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and industrial relations Must-Have Expertise In: Core HR Generalist Functions Payroll Management Industrial Relations Handling Worker Unions This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about building strong workforce relations and driving impactful HR initiatives.
