Partnership Associate

As a Partnership Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of Partnership initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include managing existing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and fostering effective communication and collaboration with external partners. Your primary focus will be to assist in the creation and execution of partnership strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company's objectives. This will involve supporting the Partnerships Manager in overseeing current partnerships, monitoring partner performance, coordinating joint funding efforts, and addressing any issues that may arise. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless communication and cooperation with external partners. You will also be responsible for preparing various materials such as grants, proposals, presentations, and reports to bolster partnership initiatives. Additionally, your role will require you to engage in partner meetings and internal discussions to provide updates on partnership progress and ensure alignment on goals and objectives. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of partner training programs aimed at enhancing partner performance and fostering mutual success. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and nurturing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial for interpreting data and deriving insights to drive partnership strategies.
