About Texcyle Texcyle is a sustainable socks startup based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We specialize in supplying and distributing high-quality socks made from organic cotton, bamboo, cashmere, wool, linen, and hemp. Our primary clientele includes fashion brands and buying houses located in the United States and the European Union. As a growing startup, we’re expanding our team to include a Partnership Associate who will focus on client relations and facilitate coordination between various departments within the company. This role requires a flexible, dynamic, and agile individual who can adapt to the multifaceted demands of a startup environment. Designation: Partnership AssociateKey Responsibilities Partnership Development Research and establish connections with potential clients and industry stakeholders aligned with the company’s goals. Initiate and nurture partnerships, ensuring regular follow-ups and continuous engagement. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners to foster trust and collaboration. Collaboration and Coordination Collaborate with internal teams to define personal and organisational goals and targets. Develop strategies with team members, set deadlines, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Drive ethical practices and ensure adherence to the company’s values while achieving targets. Creativity and Innovation Contribute innovative ideas for product line development and customer pitches. Identify and engage creative stakeholders to enhance partnerships and broaden networks. Event Participation and Representation Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars in India and abroad. Actively participate in networking opportunities to promote Texcyle’s Vision and mission. Build connections at events to drive potential partnerships and stay updated on industry trends. Reporting and Analytics Participate in monthly social media and marketing planning meetings (held on the 25th of each month). Contribute to monthly progress reviews, focusing on KPIs, targets, and accomplishments (held on the 27th of each month). Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on industry trends, customer behavior, product performance, and strategic improvements. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A good sales person Proven experience in textile industry, partnership development, client relations, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Agile and quick thinker Creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
