Parliament Constituency Manager

We are seeking motivated individuals to join as_ Parliament Constituency Managers (PCM), _focusing on building our clients’ presence within parliamentary constituencies and driving grassroots engagement. Ideal candidates will have project management experience and an understanding of constituency dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute constituency-specific outreach strategies.
• Coordinate with campaign teams to align activities.
• Build relationships with local influencers, stakeholders, and volunteers.
• Organize events to boost candidate visibility and voter engagement.
• Oversee campaign materials deployment for consistent visibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in project/field management or similar roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of constituency-level politics in Andhra Pradesh.
• Experience in political campaigns.
• Proficiency in Telugu.
