Job Description Works within established procedures and ensures completion of work assigned/allocation within agreed SLA. Ensures meeting Quality SLA for the work given. Uses developed knowledge and skills to perform assignments with a moderate degree of supervision. Always proactive and work on expanding knowledge base and zeal to get upskilled across clients.
