We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable professional to join us as an Assistant Manager - Company Secretary. In this pivotal role, you will manage key compliance tasks under the Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and Secretarial Standards, focusing on board and committee meeting activities and ensuring adherence to all applicable corporate governance requirements. Based in Mumbai, this position calls for a detail[1]oriented individual who is proactive in monitoring regulatory changes and adept in stakeholder communication, including shareholder services and investor relations.
