Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students from warm leads, web inquiries, and past contacts.

Clearly communicate program details, benefits, schedules, and tuition information.

Identify prospective students' interests and match them with suitable training programs.

Overcome objections, provide follow-up, and close enrollments.

Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and enrollment targets.

Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.

Deliver a positive and professional experience on every call.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (education or healthcare industry a plus).

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

Confidence, resilience, and ability to handle rejections professionally.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer tools.

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for education and helping others succeed.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
