Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. T

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided leads.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years of outbound sales/telesales experience (preferably B2C or B2B).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Confidence in cold-calling and handling rejections.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
