Outbound Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via cold calls
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound efforts
• Understand customer needs, pain points, and business goals to pitch relevant products or services
• Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with potential clients
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the client’s requirements
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and progress in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Handle objections professionally and work to convert hesitant prospects into clients
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and lead quality
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams for better alignment and results
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
