We're Hiring: ORM Specialist – Immediate Joiners Only | Work From Office | Saket, New Delhi

Are you passionate about online brand reputation and have hands-on experience in managing international forums and clients? Join our dynamic team at Royrecruit Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. as we expand our capabilities in global Online Reputation Management (ORM).

Job Position: ORM Specialist

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Joining: Immediate joiners ONLY

Responsibilities Include(MANDATORY):

-Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating negative guest posts across forums and platforms

-Proactive engagement on Reddit and other international forums

-Managing and responding to reviews on Trustpilot

-Reputation and rating management on App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store

-Social media listening, brand engagement, and reputation defense

-Performing detailed competitor analysis and benchmarking

-Crafting strategic response plans to enhance and maintain brand perception

Desired Candidate Profile:

-Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ORM, specifically with international forums or clients(Compulsory)

-Strong command over English communication (written and verbal)

-Expertise in platforms such as Reddit, Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, and major social media channels

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
