In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will assume the position of Oracle EBS Lead Solution Architect/Practice Manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing consulting projects, crafting solution architectures, and leading service delivery and integration initiatives. Key tasks include assessing business requirements, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle EBS solutions, and collaborating with diverse teams to enhance system performance. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Solution Architecture and Consulting, along with proficiency in Oracle EBS platform and Integration. A solid grasp of Business Processes and requirements is essential, as well as exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills are crucial for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, while prior experience in the financial services industry would be advantageous. Additionally, holding relevant Oracle EBS certifications would be considered beneficial for this position.,
