Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Channel Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to the assigned bank. The role involves coordinating and executing reports, managing escalations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Role and Responsibility:

POS Terminal Installation & De-installation Support for bank
Supporting bank in resolving merchant complaint for escalated cases POS terminal
Bank Inventory report & Device management as per bank requirement
Co-ordination with Field team for various report & field Activities
Co-ordination with Bank for MIS/Installation/Service calls etc

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any stream

Skills and experience:

Executive

0-1 Year Exp in Merchant Acquiring Business (POS)
Basic knowledge of the Merchant acquiring business.
Good In excel, MIS report preparation (e.g. Installation, Service Report)

Sr Executive

1-2 Years Exp in Merchant Acquiring Business (POS)
Basic knowledge of the Merchant acquiring business.
Good In excel, MIS report preparation (e.g. Installation, Service Report)

Team leader

2-3 Years Exp in Merchant Acquiring Business (POS)
Sound knowledge of the Merchant acquiring business.
Good In excel, MIS report preparation (e.g. Installation, Service Report)
