Operations Supervisor

The Operations & Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow at the Butibori facility of Shree Jagdamba Hydropneumatics (JHydro). This role involves overseeing dispatches, store activities, production tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to meet deadlines and maintain quality. Key Responsibilities include supervising daily production activities, monitoring and coordinating dispatches, store operations, and inventory, managing stock levels, preparing documentation for production and logistics, coordinating with sales and service teams, communicating with vendors and transporters, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and deadlines, maintaining production reports, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store and production area. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in store, production, or operations supervision, possess good knowledge of Excel, documentation, and material handling, demonstrate excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills, have the ability to lead a small team and work under minimal supervision, and familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, or industrial components is a plus. Education requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Production Engineering, BBA, B.Com, or any related field. Proficiency in Hindi is required, and basic English is preferred.
