Role Objective: To update the stock register weekly and maintain the minimum stock level of all the consumables in order to avoid any production delay due to non-availability of the same. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the incoming materials are inspected in terms of quality; quantity; shelf line and suppliers delivery note for compliance by the concerned person before entry in the stock register and make proper arrangements for the stacking of materials. Stacking of received materials (WH), identification and stacking of bulk materials with traceability. Ensure correct measurements and calculations of Bulk Materials. Filing of documents - Issue slips, MRN, Bills received from vendors Timely delivery of Supplier Invoices/ Import bills to accounts. Prepare material costing on monthly basis, to be charged from stock to different jobs through consolidated MIV Report. Skills: Good communicator & record keeping skills Sound computer knowledge such as MS Office, SAP/ERP etc. Team player Time management Significant practical experience relevant to the trades. Qualification & Work Experience : Graduate/Diploma holder in any field with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with a medium/large sized organization. Experience in the construction/real estate industry preferred but not essential.

SUMMARY Tile Mason Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Ensuring the surface area to be tiled is clean and level. Applying mortar, cement, or adhesives for proper tile bonding. Tile Layout and Design: Measuring and marking surfaces for work layout. Cutting tiles to fit around obstacles and into irregular spaces using hand and power tools. Aligning tiles and patterns according to design specifications. Installation: Setting tiles in place and ensuring proper alignment and spacing. Tapping tiles into place to ensure adhesion and even surface. Using spacers for uniform grout lines. Grouting and Finishing: Applying grout between tiles and wiping off excess. Sealing surfaces, edges, and joints as necessary. Polishing and cleaning finished work. Material Handling: Selecting and mixing appropriate tile adhesive or mortar. Cutting and shaping tiles as needed for corners, curves, and other non-standard areas. Maintenance and Repair: Removing and replacing broken or damaged tiles. Re-grouting and resealing tiles to maintain surface integrity. Safety and Compliance: Following safety guidelines and wearing protective gear. Ensuring work complies with building codes and customer specifications. Customer Interaction (if applicable): Discussing project requirements and progress with clients or supervisors.
