Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor at Drivers4Me. As an Operations Supervisor, your day-to-day tasks will be managing driver performance and quality, coordinating driver schedules, resolving customer complaints and issues both B2B & B2C, and optimizing driver operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics Strong leadership and organizational skills Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technologically savvy, especially with operational and driver management tools Familiarity with local transportation laws and guidelines Experience managing or recruiting drivers is a strong advantage
