We are hiring - Operations Manager Be a part of a revolutionary Healthy Kitchen Concept at our Pure Veg Café & Wellness Center ! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the café and wellness center Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service Manage kitchen, staff schedules, inventory, and supply chain Drive customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints Monitor cost control, budgeting, and profitability Implement wellness-focused strategies and health-centric service standards Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and events Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality management Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of vegetarian and wellness food trends Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Passion for health, nutrition, and holistic living Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in inventory, POS systems, and basic financial reporting 📞 Interested?
