Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day café operations ensuring smooth workflow.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage café staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Implement SOPs for quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure cost efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  QSR brands

  such as Haldiram, Nirula’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Bikanervala, etc.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in a similar role.
