Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, pressing, and packaging
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of laundry services to clients (hospitals, hotels, individuals, etc.)
• Implement and maintain quality standards and hygiene protocols
• Manage inventory of laundry chemicals, detergents, and consumables
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule laundry staff
• Maintain laundry machinery and coordinate repairs as needed
• Develop and monitor KPIs for productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Create and maintain reports on operations, staff performance, and expenses
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laundry/facility/hospitality operations
• Prior experience in commercial laundry operations is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
