Facility Manager

Designation: Facility Manager/Sr. Manager (Facilities / Operations)

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Civil /Electrical Engineering or relevant.

Preference: Experience in commercial sector and residential township management

Location: Ansals Sushant City, Meerut

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the site. Your primary duties will include:

• Facility Management: Overseeing the overall maintenance and upkeep of the site, including common areas, amenities, and individual units.
• Will be responsible for Vendor Management / Operations / Maintenance
• Managing the day to day operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Overseeing the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), ensuring efficient treatment and disposal of wastewater.
• Managing the electrical systems of the site, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
• Implementing and managing Preventive Maintenance Programs (PPM) for all facility equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Contracting and managing vendors for various facility services, such as landscaping, pest control, and cleaning.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for visitors by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and security measures.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with people, addressing their concerns and requests promptly.
• Developing and managing the facility maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

· To maintain good liaising with government departments at all levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Civil /Electrical or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in facility management for commercial / residential sites.
• Proven experience in managing residential sites, townships, STPs, electrical systems, and PPM programs.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance practices, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
