About the Role:

Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer queries efficiently with a customer-first approach
• Build relationships and proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Manage follow-ups and escalations with attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, academics, operations) to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, etc.)
• Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through our services

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in customer support, success, or coordination roles

• Excellent communication skills

  in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy – able to work with CRM, spreadsheets, and support tools
• Fluency in

  Tamil

  is a plus (if required for your audience)
