Operation Executive

Job Title: Operations Resource (EV Two-Wheeler Manufacturing).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Resource to join our EV Two-Wheeler Manufacturing unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employees and their communication, ordering and maintenance of parts stock, vendor communication and problem-solving, maintaining BOM cost and reducing it from time to time, solving recurring problems of various components, communicating with dealers and distributors, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employees and their communication, ensure smooth coordination and communication within the team.
• Order and maintain stock of parts required for manufacturing two-wheelers, maintain stock levels and ensure availability of parts as and when required.
• Communicate with vendors, resolve any issues or problems that arise, and maintain healthy relationships with them.
• Maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost and work towards reducing it from time to time to optimize production costs.
• Troubleshoot recurring problems with various components and implement solutions to ensure quality production.
• Communicate with dealers and distributors regarding product specifications, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage email communication and form filling for application purposes and vendor requirements.
• Study and adhere to NDA and other relevant norms and regulations.
• Communication with Vendors and maintaining relations on email and verbal platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Relevant years of experience in Operations Resource role in Two-Wheeler Manufacturing.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and quality control.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
