Job Description

You will be working as a Tech Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., an International Contact center with operations in India and the US. The company has been providing telemarketing services to offshore consumers and businesses since 2014. As a Tech Support Associate, your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. You will be required to diagnose the problems effectively and recommend the most suitable solutions to the customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling technical support plans and relevant software to the customers. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support. You should be proficient in closing calls on your own and possess excellent convincing and sales skills. Knowledge of blue screen errors, pop-up calls, and experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad are essential requirements for this position. The salary offered for this role ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month, along with lucrative incentives. The working shift for this position is a US shift.
