Online Marketplace Executive

📍 Location: Okhla, New Delhi

🗓 Working Days: 5.5 days/week | 🕙 Timings: 10 am – 6 pm

Are you passionate about e-commerce operations and looking to grow your career? Join our team as an E-commerce Executive and take charge of managing listings, order fulfillment, inventory, and shipments across top online marketplaces!

🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our brand website.

✅ Ensure accurate product details, images, and pricing across channels.

✅ Monitor and maintain inventory levels; coordinate timely stock replenishment.

✅ Handle order processing from invoicing to shipment creation.

✅ Track orders and provide proactive updates to customers or internal teams.

✅ Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers for smooth operations.

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Graduate in any discipline (certifications in e-commerce/digital marketing are a plus).

✔ 1–2 years of relevant experience managing e-commerce operations on major marketplaces.

✔ Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and seller dashboards.

✔ Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis.

✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
