Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer in Retail Branch Operations - Housing - Branch Operations. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with TATA CAPITAL LIMITED.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily retail branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
