Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer - Retail Branch Operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in retail branch operations, preferably in the banking industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily retail branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Oversee housing loan processes, including application processing and disbursement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
