Key Responsibilities

Process mortgage loan applications, documentation, and disbursal
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams
Maintain accurate records in the loan origination system (LOS)
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth communication
Prepare reports and support audits
Support the sales team with operational needs

Requirements

Graduate (MBA/Finance preferred)
7 -12 years of experience in mortgage/loan operations
Strong knowledge of home loan processes and regulations
Good communication and system handling skills
