Office Coordinator (Female)

Location: Mohali
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently ( Quotations , Tenders , Billing in Marg , etc )
  • Handle housekeeping activities and ensure office upkeep.
  • Work with MS Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data management.
  • Support administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Assist in inventory management and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records and assist in filing and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proficiency in MS Word & Excel (Basic formulas, data entry, formatting, etc.).
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.*Ability to take initiative and handle challenges proactively.*Previous experience in office administration/back-office operations is a plus.*Good communication skills and a disciplined work approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
