Flymedia technology We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be efficient, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk responsibilities (phones, emails, inquiries).
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance.
  • Assist HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks (e.g., timesheets, expense reports).
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
  • Support team members and senior staff with ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
