Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Nurse to join our team at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre. This is a Fixed-Term-Employment position based in Mumbai, covering Mumbai Suburban and Navi Mumbai. The position demands a compassionate and skilled individual eager to contribute to our patient-centric approach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Nurses qualification with a recognized nursing degree or certification (GNM, Bsc Nursing) is mandatory.
• A thorough understanding of general nursing principles and patient care practices.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical professionals.
• Knowledge of up-to-date healthcare practices and commitment to continuous learning.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification and strong emergency response skills.
• Required skills include Nursing, ANM, and Msc Nursing with proficiency in industry standards.
• Must have skills include Nurses, GNM, Bsc Nursing (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions to healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians or according to the plan of care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic environment that supports patient care and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality healthcare services.
• Participate in department and organization-wide initiatives and improvements in healthcare services.
