We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive On-Call Education Counselor with strong communication skills to support prospective students in making informed decisions about their education. The ideal candidate will handle daily outbound calls, follow-up calls, and consultations, providing tailored guidance on the courses offered by our University/Institute. This role requires empathy, active listening, and a drive to achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
