Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements for non-technical roles and create job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide timely updates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years
of experience in non-IT recruitment.
