Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements for non-technical roles and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide timely updates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years
