National Sales Manager-Vehicle Finance

1. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

• To drive TW business for Vehicle Finance vertical through business scale up, efficient strategy & planning
• To build & groom multiple units within the sales vertical for driving business
• To identify opportunities for growing the book size by exploring new avenues & geographies for business expansion

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/ Financials

• Responsible for driving business & grow the book for the TW business by heading the sales vertical
• Develop overall sales strategy, goals & planning to achieve overall objectives of the TW business
• Devise strategy for expansion to new territories and deepening to maximize potential in existing locations
• Collaborate with other businesses and support teams within the bank to identify opportunities for cross selling to generate additional business
• Drive business from alternate channels [Referral, pre-qualified, DSA tie ups etc.]
• Use industry connect to establish distribution, tie-ups and relationships with dealers, Fintech & OEMs to expand business
• Hire as per the plan and to ensure all crucial positions within sales vertical are timely manned to avoid any disruptions to business
• Collaborate with Collections team to devise a robust collection strategy for the overall TW business for efficient management of portfolio
• Drive business hygiene for the TW business by ensuring timely collection of collaterals [RC & PDD], improve OTRR% & FTR%

Customer

• Improve the OTRR% by improving sourcing quality and by leveraging digital mode of payment
• Attend various Vehicle fairs, conferences and meets to gather industry insights & develop industry connect [with OEMs, Fintech & financers] which will help scale up TW business
• Responsible for coordination with various support functions - Credit, Audit, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Vigilance, Collections, SQ, HR and Marketing
• Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience is provided to all stakeholders
