Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The National Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the national sales operations, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent account management. The National Sales Head will also be responsible for Key Modern Trade accounts, Online & Quick commerce accounts , Team management, mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making and strategy development
• Effective Team Management skills to lead and mentor the sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle travel requirements within the region
• Experience in the FMCG or incense industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
