National Sales Coordinator

Overview
We are hiring a smart and experienced female candidate for the position of National Sales Coordinator. This is a back-office sales role where you will support and coordinate with our national sales team, manage reports, track targets, and handle client follow-ups — all from our Bhopal head office.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with regional and national sales teams across India

● Maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales data and reports

● Support sales team with pricing, quotations, and order processing

● Manage client communication, follow-ups, and backend support

● Track targets, achievements, and pending collections

● Work closely with logistics and operations team for smooth dispatch

● Help prepare presentations, MIS reports, and business summaries

● Assist management in overall sales coordination and planning

Who Can Apply:

● Female candidates only

● 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination or Back-office Sales

● FMCG, Pharma, Diagnostics, or similar industry background preferred

● Strong in Excel, Email communication, and team coordination

● Must be based in or ready to relocate to Bhopal

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
