Location: Yelankha, Bangalore.
Reporting to: Chief Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician with hands-on knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Painting works, capable of maintaining the overall infrastructure of the resort/hotel to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment (lighting, power supply, switches, panels, etc.).
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks.
• Ensure all safety standards are followed during electrical works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults promptly.

Plumbing:

• Repair and install plumbing systems including pipes, faucets, drainage, water tanks, geysers, etc.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Maintain water flow and drainage systems in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.

Carpentry:

• Repair and maintain doors, furniture, locks, cabinets, windows, and wooden fixtures.
• Assist in renovation, partition work, or furniture setup when required.
• Ensure quality finishing in all carpentry jobs.

Painting:

• Carry out touch-up and full painting jobs across guest rooms, public areas, staff areas, etc.
• Ensure high standards of surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
• Maintain paint inventory and tools in good condition.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Attend to guest room maintenance calls and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Assist other departments during emergencies (power cuts, water leakages, etc.).
• Keep accurate records of work performed and report daily to supervisor.
• Follow all hotel/resort safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or resort maintenance in a similar role.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Plumbing / Carpentry or equivalent trade certification.
• Strong all-round technical skills with problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of basic HVAC systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
