Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics for marketing materials including digital ads, brochures, presentations, explainer videos, and website content.
• Design and animate motion graphics and video assets for use across web, social media, product explainers, and internal IT communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT product teams to develop creative concepts that convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging way.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistent design across all platforms and campaigns.
• Manage multiple design and motion projects from concept through final delivery, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools to keep content fresh, engaging, and innovative.
• Present design concepts and motion ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs.
• Organize and manage digital assets for efficiency and team collaboration.
  

Required Qualifications

• 2 years experience in leading and managing the team. 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably within an IT or tech-based environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Strong foundation in design principles, color theory, layout, and typography.
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and professionalism.
