Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍?

?● 0-1 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing (college projects, internships, or personal work welcome
)● Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects — you should be comfortable animating, using keyframes, and working with pre-comps● Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro for trimming, syncing, and adding overlays● Ability to adapt video creatives to different sizes and aspect ratios (9{​{:}}16, 1{​{:}}1, 16{​{:}}9), while maintaining visual balance and consistency● Understanding of visual storytelling — able to turn simple ideas into engaging animated content● Familiarity with platform-specific video formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. is a plus● Organized approach — you manage clean timelines, file structures, and reusable templ

ates● Comfortable using Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite for asset crea
