Operational Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of the skilling center and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage infrastructure, training equipment, and digital resources. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Training Quality & Delivery: Monitor trainer performance and ensure quality and consistency in CSR training delivery. Conduct regular quality audits of training sessions and implement feedback-based improvements. Ensure the curriculum is delivered as per defined guidelines. People & Stakeholder Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of trainers, counselors, and support staff.
