Job Description

Operational Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of the skilling center and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage infrastructure, training equipment, and digital resources. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Training Quality & Delivery: Monitor trainer performance and ensure quality and consistency in CSR training delivery. Conduct regular quality audits of training sessions and implement feedback-based improvements. Ensure the curriculum is delivered as per defined guidelines. People & Stakeholder Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of trainers, counselors, and support staff. Act as the primary point of contact for students, trainers, and external stakeholders. Liaise with government bodies, industry partners, and NGOs as applicable. Student Lifecycle Management: Oversee student onboarding, counseling, batch scheduling, assessments, and certification. Monitor student attendance, discipline, and performance. Drive student engagement and ensure positive learning outcomes. Placement & Industry Linkages: Coordinate with the placement team to ensure job placements for trained candidates. Build industry connections to facilitate exposure visits, guest lectures, and job fairs. Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate center-level MIS on admissions, training progress, assessments, and placements. Submit regular reports to management and funding agencies (if applicable). Key Requirements: Education: Graduate (preferably MBA or PG in Management/Education/Training) Experience: 47 years in training/education/skilling sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership/center management role. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of CSR/BPO/ITES industry and its skilling needs. Skills: Leadership & team management Communication & interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving ability Tech-savvy with exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) Preferred Attributes: Experience working on government or CSR-funded skilling projects. Certification in training, facilitation, or project management. Familiarity with NSDC/Skill India ecosystem.
