Job

Role & responsibilities

Collect, collate, and validate data from various departments on a regular basis.
Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports as per management requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow.
Identify data discrepancies and follow up with respective departments to ensure timely corrections.
Maintain databases and dashboards for performance monitoring and analysis.
Highlight process gaps or delays to the relevant teams and drive resolutions.
Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy in all reporting activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

2 to 4 years of experience in data entry/MIS/reporting roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and basic reporting tools.

Should have worked on ERP Software or any other similar software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Pleasing personalities and leadership quality
